1. How to I apply for a property?

Since we typically offer our properties at a very competitive market price, our properties typically do not stay on the market for long. If you are interested in one of our properties, please add yourself to our wait list by emailing us at applications@derpropertygroup.com. When the property that you are interested in becomes available for rent, we will review your application and contact you.





2. What is the minimum lease duration?

All our leases are a minimum of 1 year. We do not typically offer month-to-month leases.





3. Are your properties pet friendly?

Yes. All our properties are pet friendly. However, we have restrictions. Please email us for more details at applications@derpropertygroup.com.






4. Will you require a deposit?

Yes. We typically will collect a refundable deposit and a non-refundable deposit (for cleaning). The amount will vary on the property.
